1 General Terms and Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and 558h ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 558h.biz. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 558h platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

Throughout this document, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback credits, or other incentive amounts credited to a User's account by 558h as part of a promotional offer, subject to specific wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "Eligible Transaction" refers to any deposit, wager, or game round that qualifies for bonus contribution calculations, as defined in the specific terms of each individual promotion.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) refers to UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to the territory of Bangladesh, used as the reference time zone for all date and time references within these Terms.

558h reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, 558h will notify registered Users by email or by displaying a notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming or betting activity on the 558h platform. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 558h takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account Holder is under 18 years of age. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open a 558h account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay). You agree to keep this information up to date and to notify 558h promptly if any details change.

• Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or mobile numbers — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
• You may not open or operate an account on behalf of another person, and you may not allow another person to operate your account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during ongoing use of the platform. 558h does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Identity Verification

558h may require you to complete an identity verification process at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at the point of first withdrawal, when unusual activity is detected, or when promotional eligibility is in question. Requested verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent mobile banking statement confirming your registered payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 558h account credentials, including your username, password, and any PIN or two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

• 558h will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your complete password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

• You must ensure that your registered contact details — particularly your email address and mobile number — remain current and accessible. 558h employs SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your account is a shared responsibility. You should use a strong, unique password for your 558h account, avoid accessing your account from shared or public devices, and log out of your account after each session, particularly on mobile devices used by multiple people.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Deposits

558h accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 558h wallet instantly. Processing times for other payment methods may vary. 558h does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction charges according to their own fee schedule.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching the identity information on your 558h account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may trigger an identity verification review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification at 558h's discretion. Standard withdrawal processing targets a turnaround of the same business day for verified accounts using bKash and Nagad, though 558h does not guarantee specific processing timeframes and actual timings may vary during periods of high demand.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 558h account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 558h reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000.
• Funds derived from winnings on bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion before withdrawal is permitted. Refer to Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal conditions.
• 558h reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if the company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 558h platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Amounts are displayed in BDT throughout the platform, including game interfaces, bet slips, wallet dashboards, and promotional pages. 558h does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the 558h platform are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport and competition. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be altered, transferred, or cancelled by the player except where the "Cash Out" function is expressly available for that market. 558h reserves the right to void any bet placed on an incorrectly priced market, subject to prior notification to the affected player.

• Live in-play bets are subject to network connectivity and real-time data availability. 558h is not responsible for connectivity interruptions on the player's device or network.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules published in the 558h Help Centre.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, IPL, and T20 World Cup — are among the most actively traded markets on the platform and are subject to the cricket-specific betting rules maintained by 558h.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet placement interface.

5.2 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles on the 558h platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its provider's own rules and paytable, which are accessible from within the game interface. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is as stated by the game provider.

558h does not modify, interfere with, or override the random number generators (RNGs) used in any casino or slot game on the platform. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the certified RNG systems operated by the respective game providers. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be void and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance.

5.3 Crash Games

Fast-format crash games available on the 558h platform, including titles supplied by Spribe, operate under their own provably fair systems. Players are responsible for setting their own cash-out parameters. 558h is not responsible for outcomes arising from a player's failure to act within a game round's available window.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

558h offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Pohela Boishakh, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion's terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the deposit plus bonus amount) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated clearly in each promotion's terms page.

• Only wagers placed with real money balance contribute toward bonus wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Certain game types — including live casino games, table games, and low-margin bets — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the time period stated in the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account balance without notice.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New 558h accounts may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility criteria, bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry period are all stated in the current welcome bonus promotion terms. 558h reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

The 558h platform is provided for legitimate personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud 558h or other players through collusion, account manipulation, the use of bots or automated betting software, or any other deceptive technique.
• Money laundering: Using the 558h platform to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring. Suspicious transaction patterns will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to lock in guaranteed profits; systematically exploiting any promotional or bonus condition in a manner contrary to its intended purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile banking provider in respect of a valid deposit to 558h. Chargeback fraud will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Underage gambling: Registering or playing on the platform while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under 18 years of age.
• Account sharing or transfer: Sharing your account login credentials with another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, whether for gaming, wagering, or financial transaction purposes.
• Automated access: Using any script, bot, crawler, scraper, or automated tool to access, monitor, or interact with the 558h platform without prior written authorisation from 558h.
• Intellectual property infringement: Reproducing, copying, selling, or distributing any content from the 558h platform — including odds data, game graphics, and promotional materials — without prior written consent from 558h.

558h employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected, 558h may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account; withhold and forfeit the account balance; reverse any winnings accrued during the period of prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 558h account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus funds remaining at the time of closure are forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including a belief that your gambling may be becoming a problem — please inform the support team of this reason so that additional self-exclusion measures can be applied. 8.2 Closure by 558h

558h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from 558h.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity: accounts showing no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. 558h will contact you via your registered email before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account.

8.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, no deposit, no wager). Prior to any action on a dormant account, 558h will send a notification to your registered email address. If no response is received within 30 days, a monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. The applicable dormancy fee rate is stated in the current fee schedule available on the 558h platform.

8.4 Disputes and Complaints

If you wish to raise a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 558h account, including a disputed transaction, a bonus discrepancy, or a concern about how your account has been managed, please contact 558h customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 558h aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. All complaint correspondence should be conducted in English to ensure prompt and accurate handling.

Limitation of Liability and General Disclaimers

558h provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and stable performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. 558h is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 558h's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

558h does not warrant that any game or betting product will perform without technical error on every device or browser configuration. Players are responsible for ensuring their device and browser meet the minimum technical requirements for the 558h platform.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the 558h complaints process shall be referred to the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
